Our obligations

Morgan Transportation, in its role as a Business Associate of the healthcare facilities that arrange transportation for their patients, is required by federal law (HIPAA) to maintain the privacy of your protected health information (PHI), give you this notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and follow the terms of the notice currently in effect.

How we use and disclose PHI

We use and disclose PHI only as needed to dispatch, complete, bill, and document your transportation, and as otherwise permitted by HIPAA (e.g., as required by law, for public health activities, or with your authorization).
