This Privacy Policy describes how Morgan Transportation collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our non-emergency medical transportation operations platform.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you (or your facility) book trips, including patient name, date of birth, pickup/dropoff addresses, mobility requirements, and insurance information. We also collect operational data such as GPS location of vehicles, driver status, trip timing, signatures, and delivery proof.

How we use information

Information is used solely to dispatch and complete transportation services, bill facilities and payers, comply with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve safety and quality of service.

How we share information

We share information with subcontracted drivers strictly as needed to complete an assigned trip, with payers and Medicaid brokers as required for claim adjudication, and with subprocessors under signed Business Associate Agreements. We never sell personal information.

Your rights

You may request access to or correction of your information. Patient information is subject to additional protections under HIPAA — see our Notice of Privacy Practices.
