Built around discharge day.
Morgan Transportation exists because the rides patients depend on shouldn't be the weakest link in their care. We built our service around the unforgiving rhythm of hospital discharges, dialysis schedules, and post-acute transitions — and the families who notice every minute we're off.
A transportation company that thinks like a healthcare operator.
We started Morgan after years of watching skilled-nursing facilities lose hours every day to NEMT vendors that didn't show, charged for trips that never happened, and left families calling the wrong people for status updates.
The premise was simple: build the operations platform we wished had existed when we were on the inside, then run a fleet on top of it. The platform tracks every minute of every trip, gates every PHI disclosure behind step-up verification, and produces clean monthly statements that finance teams can reconcile without a phone call.
Everything we ship to partners — the booking flow, the tracking link, the billing portal — comes back to one question: would the floor nurse coordinating this discharge be glad we exist?
What guides the decisions we make.
Patient dignity first
Every ride is for someone navigating an already-hard day. Our drivers are trained to lead with patience, not protocol.
Privacy as a baseline
PHI doesn't leave the systems built to protect it. Encrypted, audit-logged, scoped-access — by default, not as a request.
Show up on time
Discharges, treatments, follow-ups — the rest of the system depends on the ride arriving when it said it would.
Partner-first billing
Clean statements, real itemization, and finance teams that pick up the phone. Billing should never be the problem.
