What facility ops teams ask before signing.
- Through our facility portal. Pickup, drop-off, mobility (for transport), or item type + temperature (for courier) captured up front. Standing schedules drop into the recurring-rides + recurring-routes templates. Same-day requests are confirmed within 15 minutes during business hours.
- No. We sign with facilities under a Master Services Agreement + BAA. Per-ride and per-delivery pricing is set inside the partnership terms; you reconcile against itemized monthly statements rather than approving a quote each time.
- Most. A pediatric wheelchair ride is wheelchair + pediatric. A bariatric stretcher transport is bariatric + stretcher. Cross-tier rides are dispatched on the more-restrictive tier's vehicle.
- Yes — every delivery records sender + receiver, timestamps for pickup / en-route / drop-off, signature on file, and any temperature-control breaks. PHI-bearing items (records, specimens, prescriptions) get the same disclosure-accounting treatment as patient transport.
- For non-emergency stretcher work, yes. Anything that warrants ALS belongs with an ambulance — we'll tell you when we're the wrong vendor.
- Confirmed within 15 minutes during business hours; partner hospitals on the discharge tier get the same SLA after hours. STAT lab runs are dispatched within 20 minutes.
- Every confirmed ride or delivery mints a single-use, HMAC-signed token URL. For rides it shows status, ETA, driver first name, and vehicle make + color. For deliveries it shows chain-of-custody + ETA — never patient name or street address.
- Yes for transport. We generate 837P claims directly, post 835 remittances against patient ledgers, and reconcile broker billing within the platform. Delivery + courier work is billed directly to the facility.
