The right driver, not the right resume.
We hire drivers across every service tier — wheelchair, stretcher, ambulatory, bariatric, pediatric, behavioral health, long-distance. CDL is a plus for stretcher and bariatric work, but it isn't required for most tiers. Prior NEMT experience is great; if it's your first medical-transport role we'll set you up to succeed.
What we look for: a clean driving record, comfort with the rhythm of recurring schedules, and the kind of steadiness that holds up on a hard day. Patients trust the person behind the wheel — we hire for that more than anything else.
