  1. 1Partnership call (Day 0). A 30-minute conversation about your ride mix, AP cycle, and any payer requirements. No quote — we agree on partnership-tier pricing right there.
  2. 2MSA + BAA (Day 1). Our standard agreements; usually back inside 24 hours. Counsel-friendly redlines welcome.
  3. 3Portal access (Day 2). We provision your team in the facility portal, sit down for a 15-minute walkthrough, and book your first ride together.

  • Monthly itemized statements arrive on schedule. Each line ties to a ride number, patient (PHI-protected), service tier, and price. PDF + CSV exports. Statements are reconcilable in standard AP workflows.
  • Every PHI field is encrypted at rest. Every PHI reveal requires step-up reauthentication. Every disclosure is logged for §164.528 Accounting of Disclosures support. We sign a Business Associate Agreement during onboarding.
  • Yes. Phone + fax + facility portal all hit the same dispatch queue. Your coordinator can book by phone with the same SLA as the portal.
  • Same-day changes are routine. Cancel before driver-en-route is free; cancel after follows your partnership-tier cancellation policy. The portal shows the cutoff time for every confirmed ride.
  • Incident reporting is built into the platform — your coordinator gets a notification the moment we log one. Corrective-action note within 24 hours. Full audit trail (timestamps, photos, signatures) exportable on demand.
  • On the roadmap. Today the link shows our brand and the trip number; PHI is fully redacted. Tell us if white-labeling is a deal-shaper and we'll prioritize it.
